They said the coffee will taste nicer by "tumbuk" rather then blend with blender or grinder.



Went to Bali last week, visited the coffee farm. Had long heard about Kopi Luwak, a coffee lover like me, how can I miss this change to visit the well known, so call rare and expensive Kopi Luwak?

Luwak is a kind of animal, can I say "MUSANG"? the Luwak will eat the coffee bean and then... erh.. you know lah, pang sai, the undigest coffee bean will be collected and to be process to be coffee powder, and then the "Kopi" drink.

For old time, people can only collect the "Buangan" Luwak from the jungle. This make it rare and expensive because the production is limited. However now a day, people can keep/rare the Luwak and feed the Luwak with coffee bean. They do not need to go in to the jungle anymore.

Had tried the Kopi Luwak, in the farm and in the mart. I just dont like it. Is it because the Luwak Kopi from farm does not taste as good as the wild Luwak? or is it the Luwak Kopi being over rated? I dont know, For me, it is just personal taste. I prefer our Kopi O...

Love

There is no such thing as conditional love. Love is either unconditional or it's no love. You might like someone conditional on their personality or behavior or circumstances. But love accepts no boundaries. So never say 'I love you because', for love has no cause.

Exercise

I am crazy... crazy... crazy... ha ha ha... why? Attended three classes in a row, pilates, fun step and fit ball. Feel so good when the heart pumping, the blood is circulating, body is sweating. But after shower, when the body cold down and after having my meal... erh...body tired like hell, over liao. Body is aching now. 自找的。活该。

Belly Dance

Had my first Belly dance class at Celebrity Fitness. To my suprise, the instructor is a guy. Padon me? Yes, Is a GUY...

The class that conducted in this center has been mordenised, fusioned.
Looks easy but actually not easy to do it. To me the first timer, I have to try to follow all the step, try to learn the movement, I feel like I have 4 hands and 4 legs... ha ha ha... hands fighting with hands and legs fighting with legs.

Next weekend won't be arround, flying off. but will joint again when I am back.

ISO: Itu Susahkan Orang? or Itu Senangkan Orang?

Our company targeted to get ISO certification within 3 months. Is this mission impossible? From the implementation on 15 March, to get certification in June?

The sucess of implementation needs full team work. full co-operation.

Some Say: Why need ISO? Itu susahkan orang?
I say, it may be need a lots of paper work during the setting up stage, but once the system is done, itu senangkan orang.

Susah or Senang? It is just our mind set.
