Lower Back Pain



I had been suffering lower back pain for quite sometime. I couldn't sit too long, couldn't walk too long, couldn't stand too long. It was not a sharp pain, just some minor discomfort but it was really disturbing.

Then I asked around, just realised that many of my friends also suffering from back pain. Was it because of the environment? Modern "not so healthy" diet? Poor postures? Weak muscle? I think all of above contributed to the back pain.

I started to get some info about the back pain. Started to learn about the important of good posture. I also started to learn how twisting can release the stress of the muscle and ease the back pain. I also started to learn some core exercise, to built up the strength of the core muscle. Strong core muscle is important to support our back.

Will share about some core ecercise that I had done later. It really helps me. :)
