Untitle

Eeverything that irritates you about others, is your key to understanding yourself.
What angers you in another person is an unhealed aspect of yourself. If you had already resolved that particular issue, you would not be irritated by its reflection back to you.

Visit to Singapore

Had a visit to Singapore this Christmas. Just to visit my ex-roommate. Had been lost touch with her for more then six years.

She has a master degree, but became a house wife after gave birth her first baby boy. And just gave birth the second child - a baby girl this June.

Financially, the family just doing fine. Of course no luxury stuff like she used to buy anymore.

Priority for life : Kids
Center of life: Kids
Talk the most: Kids

Seeing her, I just wonder, can I be a housewife? I guess I know the answer.

Anyhow, I was amazed with her way of carry up the kids.

She always talk to the boy, "ok, 30 more minutes, I am going to switch of the TV"
"Ok, 10 more minutes, we are going out, please get ready"
She always tell the kids what's next before the action, and this will not giving the kids a shock.

Even for the six months baby girl, she will say: "oh oh, gal gal hungry, wait for 5 munites, mummy is preparing dinner" or " Mummy is going to bath you.

Compared to the "Chinese style" of "PARENT HIGH AUTHORITY" style, I really amazed by her way of parenting skill...

Bless you, my friend.

Rock Climbing - belaying II

Kena scold... Need to hold the rope firm, no matter/whatever circumstances, cannot let go the rope... the climber may fall anytime. Even the climber jump, also have to hold the rope firm.

Second note, communication with the climber, communication is importand, never asume that climber know what you think and what you do. Always confirm the next move, like the climber must make sure belayer is ready. Belayer also need to tell the next action like you are going to tighten the rope etc... communicate, communicate and communicate. Never asume.
